Steam Powered Films was founded by Mike Jackson, Samuel Dulmage, and Palle Hoffstein in 1999 as a production house for short works, music videos and indie features. We pride ourselves on bringing a professional level of aesthetic sensibility and technical quality to low-budget and independent film. We are based in Vancouver, Canada.
