Mike began in the industry as a storyboard artist for MTV’s Aeon Flux,

He and co-writer Sam Dulmage won Second
Place Horror Screenplay in the 2006 Phoenix Film Festival's International
Horror Sci-Fi Screenplay Competition for their script Hell to Pay.
